Summer Time

For the first time I have decided to make my blog public information. So here is what is going on in my life this summer. I have moved to Provo, Utah and am going to BYU and UVU. Yes, I know strange that I go to both schools, but I do and I love it. I love my roommate Natalie, love my apartment, love being with my sisters, but miss my mom, dad, brothers, cousins, friends, and grandparents in Mesa. Even though I miss them so much I know this is where I am suppose to be. So when I get sad I have remember that it just isn't worth it to be sad, and that I am having the time of my life. These are the moments that I will remember forever.

I cannot believe this summer is almost over!! I want to do sooo much stuff before it ends. Its an issu
e. This past weekend I went to Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. It was one of the most fun trips I have ever been on! My sister has a friend selling up in Rexburg,
and Yellowstone is about an hour from there, so me, Emily, Meghan, and Aubrey decided to drive up Saturday night, spend the night in the "Dude Motel", and spend Sunday (don't judge) in Yellowstone.
(old faithful)
The earth is absolutely AMAZING!
Honestly, Yellowstone the most beautiful place I have ever been.
We saw tons of bison,

the freakin hugest crows of my life,
(so this is in the McDonald's parking lot...but there were everywhere in the park)
and a GRIZZLY BEAR AND TWO CUBS!!!
Of course we saw more animals like a fox, beavers, and fish...I just don't have pictures of those ones :( All the animals were seriously awesome. I felt like someone just opened the gate at the zoo and let them roam around. We took more pictures on this one day trip then I think I have taken in my entire life. So I'm exaggerating...but seriously SO MANY. Here are so more of the cutie pics we took.

I have been doing fun little things this summer too...I will just have to blog about them later.

A Little Update

This past week has been super crazy/fun. My parents went out of town and i was the babysitter. I am absolutely drained right now. I didn't think it was really going to be that hard, but I seriously LIVED in the car. I don't know how my mom does it everyday. I would have to crash on the couch for the rest of my life. I didn't even have enough energy to go get in my bed last night. So the couch it was...But little known secret about me I love sleeping on the couch. Anyways I just wanted to express my deep gratitude for my mom and dad and all they do for me. They rock. It made me excited to be a mom, but also showed me that I can wait like 6 years. I need to live first. Anyways summer is in 61 days and i can hardly stand it!! I have been counting down since like 120 days. I LOVE SUMMER!! This year is going to be super weird leaving though. Don't get me wrong I am so excited to go live with Natalie at BYU this summer, but I'm going to miss my family so much. It is kind of hitting me lately that I am graduating. This means real life is about to start. I don't know if i want that yet. I like being home. But this summer will teach me about myself, and that is exactly what i need. My roommate for the summer is Natalie Massey and we are just going to have the times of our lives up there! I can't WAT!!

119

Only 119 days till I am done with high school!! I have this weird obsession for count downs. Most people think they make everything seem soo much longer, but never to me. I absolutely LOVE them! Another thing I am obsessed with is graduating. I tell anyone I can what I am doing when i finish school, only because I am that excited! I got accepted to BYU-I...but i really don't know if that is where i want to go. My dream is to go to BYU, but that acceptance might be a little bit uhh non-existant. (AKA i probably will not get it.) Of course I know there is always UVU...it just isn't the same as BYU. Whateves. everything will work out.

My First Post

I have never blogged before, and don't really expect anyone to read this. But I decided that if I am not going to be good about writing in a journal, I might as well do something to document my life. I am 17 years old, and go to Mountain View High School. I am a senior in high school. I am really excited to graduate and am hoping to go to BYU this summer. I dont really know how this whole blog thing works, so lets see if I can handle it..
